What we're looking for
We're hiring for Hosting Support and Managed Support roles. No degree required. If you know hosting and love helping people, we want to hear from you.
- Basic knowledge of web hosting concepts (cPanel, WHM, domains, DNS, SSL)
- Ability to read and respond to tickets clearly in Bengali & English
- Comfortable working rotating shifts including evenings and weekends
- Fast learner; we will train you on our internal tools and stack
- Calm, patient attitude when handling frustrated customers
- Familiarity with WordPress, FTP, or email setup is a strong plus
- Experience with live chat customer support preferred
