By registering with Pro Cloudify, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Domain Registration and Renewal Policy
Non-Refundable Policy:
- All domain registrations and renewals are strictly non-refundable. Once registered or renewed, they cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.
Email Verification Requirement:
- You must verify the email address associated with your domain registration within 7 days. Failure to do so will result in suspension of your domain.
- Pro Cloudify will not be responsible for interruptions, losses, or issues caused by suspension due to non-verification.
2. Web Hosting Refund Policy
14-Day Refund Policy:
- We offer a 14-day full refund policy for the following hosting plans: Budget Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Ecommerce Hosting, Premium Hosting, BDIX Budget Hosting & BDIX Premium Hosting. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.
- This refund policy only applies to new hosting account purchases.
- Renewals and upgrade plans are non-refundable.
- Once a refund is processed, the associated hosting service will be terminated immediately.
- For n8n, sGTM Hosting, Business Email Hosting & Agency Hosting, refunds are not allowed while your system is running. Refunds will only be considered in the case of service unavailability due to server issues.
KYC Requirement for BDIX Hosting:
- Customers purchasing BDIX Hosting must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification within the required timeframe.
- Failure to complete KYC verification on time will result in termination of your BDIX Hosting service, and no refund will be provided for any remaining service period.
Refund Processing Timeline:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
Refund or Cancellation Request:
- To request a refund or service cancellation, you must create a support ticket. Click here to create a ticket.
Hosting Plans with Domain Offers
- For hosting plans that include a free or discounted domain offer:
- If a refund is requested, the cost of the domain will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- The domain fee deduction will be based on Pro Cloudify’s standard domain pricing.
- The domain will remain registered under your name, adhering to the non-refundable policy.
3. Abuse Policy and Service Termination
- Pro Cloudify reserves the right to terminate any domain and hosting services immediately without prior notice if:
- Any form of abuse is detected from your account.
- Your services are used for illegal activities.
- Your services violate our terms of service.
- For BDIX Hosting, if KYC verification is not completed within the required timeframe, your service will be terminatedand no refund will be issued for the remaining service period.
- In cases of termination due to abuse or KYC failure, no refunds will be provided for any remaining service period.
